Die OMT (= One More Time) der Deutschen Wurlitzer wurde ab 1986 über viele Jahre hinweg gebaut. Sie ist ein Replik der 1946/47 gebauten 1015 der US Wurlitzer. Das Original spielte seinerzeit Schellackplatten ab und war die erfolgreichste Musikbox bis in die 1980er Jahre. Die OMT knüpft ab 1986 an diesen Erfolg an und wird über insgesamt 27 Jahre für CDs und Vinyl-Singles gebaut. Es gab sie in den folgenden Versionen:

Model OMT (= One More Time) was built by the Deutsche Wurlitzer for many years since 1986. It is a replica of the original model 1015 by the US Wurlitzer built in 1946/47. This one was set up for shellac records - 78 rpm - back then and stayed the most successful jukebox until the mid 1980s. Building on this success model OMT gets produced for CDs and Vinyl for 27 years starting in 1986. It was available in the following versions:

Hinweis zur Frontscheibe:
in der ersten Serie wurde eine Frontscheibe ohne Aufdruck verwendet, lediglich der vierstellige Code für Monat und Baujahr ist zu finden. Auch die Vinyl-Version hat keine Streifen unten in der Glasscheibe aufgedruckt. Nur bei den CD-Versionen wurden diese Streifen aufgedruckt, damit die Mechanik des Blätterwerkes nicht sichtbar war. Zwischenzeitlich gab es einige Modelle, die statt "Wurlitzer" "The Real One" bzw. "The Original" auf der Frontscheibe trugen. Das hängt mit der Übernahme durch Gibson und die Auseinandersetzung um das Namensrecht zusammen.
A note regarding the front window:
The front glass of first series models did have a front glass without an imprint, but with a four digit code for month and year only.
The vinly versions don't have the lower lines printed neither. Only the CD models have those to cover the mechansim of the books.
During production run there were some models available which show "The Real One" resp."The Original" instead of "Wurlitzer" on the front window. This was caused by the takeover by Gibson and the discussion regarding the right on the name "Wurlitzer".
