Eine Seeburg HF100R wurde komplett restauriert und
funktioniert einwandfrei. Nach Anschluß des Fernwählers 3W1 gibt es
folgendes Problem:
Wird an der Fernwahlbox eine Wahl getätigt, beginnt der Stepper im
Selection Receiver in der 100R zu arbeiten. Das hat drei verschiedene
Ergebnisse:
1) Es wird keine Wahl am Selektor in der Jukebox eingestellt.
2) Es wird irgend ein falscher Titel gewählt.
3) Es wird mehr als ein (falscher) Titel gewählt, meistens zwei
Titel
Vermutung:
Der 3W1 wird mit 50 Hz betrieben. Entsprechend läuft der Motor, welcher
den Kontaktfinger im 3W1 über die runde Kontaktscheibe bewegt, langsamer
als mit 60 Hz. Im 3W1 Manual steht geschrieben, dass der Kontaktfinger
22 bis 26 U/min haben muss (entspricht ca. 2.3 bis 2.7 Sekunden /
Umdrehung). Meine Messungen: 4 Sekunden / Umdrehung. Somit könnte die
Umschaltung des Transfer-Relais nicht zum richtigen Zeitpunkt
stattfinden da die Pause zwischen den beiden Pulssequenzen, die
übertragen werden, nicht stimmt.
Frage: Muss für den 50 Hz Betrieb eine Anpassung (3W1 Motor oder
Kondensator, Widerstand im Selection Receiver) vorgenommen werden?
Antwort: Der Kondensator mit 300uF im Stepper
muss mit einem für 470uF ersetzt werden. |

A Seeburg HF100R has been
completely restored and works perfectly. After connecting the wallbox
3W1, the following problem occurs:
If a selection is made with the wallbox, the stepper in the selection
receiver in the 100R starts to work. This has three different results:
1) No selection is set on the pinbank in the jukebox.
2) An incorrect title is selected.
3) More than one (wrong) title gets selected, mostly two titles
Guess:
The 3W1 is operated at 50 Hz. Accordingly, the motor that moves the
contact finger in the 3W1 over the round contact plate runs slower than
at 60 Hz. The 3W1 manual states that the contact finger must have 22 to
26 rpm (corresponds to approx. 2.3 to 2.7 seconds / rotation). My
measurements: 4 seconds / rotation. This means that the transfer relay
may not switch over at the right time because the pause between the two
pulse sequences that are transferred is not correct.
Question: Does an adjustment (3W1 motor or capacitor, resistor in
the selection receiver) have to be made for 50 Hz operation?
Answer: The 300uF capacitor in the stepper must be replaced with
a 470uF capacitor. |
