3 verschieden Stellen dort angebracht.

After inserting the coin, only
the lighting, the "Select" and the lens lamps are on. The amplifier has
been overhauled and also works - it is NOT muted. However, the
pushbuttons ( A / B ) are not illuminated and selecting is not possible.
The motors all seem to work; if I manually operate the first relay from
the left in the control centre, the magazine motor runs and drives the
magazine. If I activate the second relay from the left, the record
brackets contract and the turntable motor starts to run.
The contact rotor is firmly in place, the earth connection of the outer
contact disc track is OK and the coin contacts are not stuck.
Answer:
Examine or clean all contacts of the rotary selector, as these are very
often the cause of the jukebox not starting. The contacts are located in
3 different places. As soon as the jukebox accepts credit via the coin
contacts, the rotary selector must start running.
The pulse length can be set via the individual hammer contact. |
Bei der Wahl der 1. Ziffer scheint alles OK. Die
grüne Lampe "Wählen" unterbricht 1x. Bei der Wahl der 2. Ziffer, z. B.

When selecting the 1st digit,
everything seems OK. The green "Select" lamp interrupts once. However,
when selecting the 2nd digit, e.g. 4, the green "Select" lamp also only
interrupts once, but would have to send 4 pulses to the rotary selector
DZ so that it is then set to 5.
Answer:
The rotary selector or the selection disc could be defective or
misaligned. So open the control centre and observe the rotary selector
DZ after a second person has selected the first digit with the "1". The
rotary selector DZ has two red lines which coincide in the rest position
and form a line. When dialling "1", the line must be exactly in the
centre of field 1.
If, on the other hand, the rotary selector only moves out a little, then
the fault is neither in the selection disc nor in the rotary selector.
The fault is then to be found in the selenium rectifier in the power
supply unit, which has become highly resistive and no longer supplies
sufficient voltage for the DZ magnet. It is best to disconnect the
selenium rectifier at the bottom and insert a silicon bridge rectifier. |
