Der Plattenwechsler ist auch in anderen Geräten (McLagan, Kanada) als Heimkonsole  zu finden. Die Platten werden kontinuierlich einseitig abgespielt.

The record changer has been found in other home consoles as well (McLagan, Canada). The records get played singles-sided one after the other.

Continuelle - unrestored cabinet, probably 1931

Bill Butterfield: The Continuelle was manufactured by the Plymouth Redo and Phonograph Company of Plymouth, Wisconsin. This early 1930's cabinet was found in an Elgin Illinois warehouse about 15 years ago - I am guessing the date at 1931.
If you search on Google for "Plymouth Continuelle" you might find a link to an article by Greg Hunolt in the July, 2010 issue of the Wisconsin Antique Radio Collectors, Inc. Newsletter WARCI. There is also a link to a photo of another slightly different style cabinet that sold on eBay some time ago. The "2 others known" mentioned in that listing are the one in the photos of the WARCI article and this cabinet.
