W&B Novelty, located in Grand Blvd. Co., St. Louis, MO. reconditioned used jukeboxes like early Wurlitzer and Seeburgs at least until 1945.
They moved to 1012 Market Street in St. Louis in 1946 and became Seeburg distributor probably about the same time.

Original plastics were in blue like this restored one. On the back was a die cut mark on the wood with the letters CCC. Each letter was inside the other.
