The mechanism cover of Rock-Ola Empess models 1496 and 1497 show both left and right an insert for record playing and selection instructions.

Facing the jukebox from the front on right side the "TO SELECT" resp. "WÄHLE" (German) instruction escutcheon can be found. Thie insert is embossed aluminium and printed in a mat lilac finish. The shown four ears have to be bend when mounting the insert.
