ER 13 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Keyboard-Switch 0 always closed. 1. Computer thinks the Keyboard switch is always closed, possible reasons:
- defective computer
- defective digital display
- defective keyboard
- short in computer-to-display harness
- short in display-to-keyboard harness
2. put service switch in OFF postion
3. replace next module or repair harness (start with "a" in #1)
4. put service switch in SERVICE
5. press key #1. Phongraph is repaired if a 1 (one) appears on the display when the key is presses. If the phonograph is not repaired, repeat steps b to e in #1.
ER 14 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Keyboard switch 1 always closed. Follow steps for ER 13.
ER 15 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Keyboard switch 2 always closed. Follow steps for ER 13.
ER 16 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Keyboard switch 3 always closed. Follow steps for ER 13.

ER 24 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 POPULAR on keyboard always closed. Follow steps for ER 13.
ER 30 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Skipped index pulse error indicates magazine was probably out of sync and played selections one or more record locations past record selected. Some possible causes are; Dirt buildup in magazine gear, defective optical switch, or Mechnaism control index ("I") potentiometer misadjusted. 1. Clean magazine gear. Type "699" to clear error codes. If error remaines, do step 2.
2. Adjust mechnism control index ("I") potentiometer. Type "699" to clear error codes. If error remaines, do step 3.
3. Replace optical switch.
ER 34 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 The Magazine rotated and the optical switch Home signal (at position 99) remained low (active) for more than 30 seconds.
This is one of the errors that shuts down the jukebox, switching OFF & ON may get the jukebox working again after clearing the error. Possible causes: Opto Switch, mechanism control, CCC, mechanism control wiring
Opto Switch: remove and clean, also the gear it passes through, check your opto switch adjustments
Check mechanism control, central control computer, mechanism control wiring
ER 35 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Is not a valid error code.  
ER 37 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Inner cam switch N.O. contact signal (Pin 5 of 6) should have been low (active) indicating that inner cam switch had closed; however, the signal stayed high (quiescent) longer than 30 seconds.
This error will cause phonograph to shut down until power is turned OFF and turned back ON.
1. Possibility: Transfer motor LED is OFF
Probable causes: mech controlboard or wiring to motor defective
2. Possibility: Transfer motor LED is ON
Probable causes: Central Control Computer or mech control boards; wiring from CCC to mech control; open circuit at inner cam switch N.O. contact; open circuit at inner cam switch Common.
ER 39 R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-94 Transfer cycle started, cam moved off inner cam switch, and the outer cam switch record placed on turntable; however, the signal stayed high (quiescent) for longer than 30 seconds. This error will cause phonograph to shut down until power is turned OFF and turned back ON. Transfer motor LED comes ON when motor starts and stays on.
Probable causes:
1. Wiring to outer cam switch
2. Outer cam switch
3. Central control computer
4. Wiring from central control computer to mech control board
5. mech controlboard
6. Inner cam switch N.O. contact shorted to Common
7. Open circuit in outer cam switch Common
