This ceramic load resistor is needed in most models of the Deutsche Wurlitzer starting in 1961 and upwards. It can be found e.g.

in credit units models 1961 - 1979 - models without SCC
as a heating element for bubble tubes in models OMT 1015, OMT Princess, Rainbow, New York, Las Vegas, and Casino

Values: 120 Ohm, 5 Watt, tolerance 10%
