Description

The Chihuahua is a Mexican und also the world's smallest breed of dog, named after the same name Mexican province.
Chihuahuas get 15 - 23 cm tall (6" - 9"), a weight of 1.5 - 3 kg (3.3 - 6.6 lbs) and reach an age of 12 - 20 (!) years. Various colour combinations are possible and the fur can be both short and long.
It's derivation is not known for sure, hence various theories are around: Being a successor of the sacrificial dogs Techichis from Old Mexico, being pets of the Aztec princess, or being a guide for death souls on their way into the afterworld.
Mid of 19th century the Mexicans started to sell these dogs mainly to tourists, and finally they found their way through the USA to Europe.

Chihuahuas are tough small dogs which nature gets described as being brave, wakeful, vivid, true but also restless.
The first mentioned natures are true for our plush Chihuahua too. But restless is only valid when it comes to giving soley to its owner or being a great play mate. Look carefully - doesn't it await the next playtime?

UK: The minimum order value (MOV) is EUR 30.00 for shipments to UK.
Orders below £135 net (~ EUR160.00) will incl. UK VAT. No import charges will be required when receiving the goods.
For orders above £135 net (~ EUR160.00) VAT will be deducted with the final invoice. Therefore import sales tax and possible handling fees have to be paid by the UK buyer and are usually collected by the deliverer.
