Schellack & Vinyl - Musikautomaten aus USA

Product 3 of 80

This comprehensive reference book shows US jukeboxes from various manufacturers from the early 1920s to 1990. The Austrian author Karl Hobl writes in his foreword: "In more than 50 years of professional experience, vast amounts of information about vending machines, especially about jukeboxes, have accumulated in the bookshelf, in folders, and on my hard drive. It would be a pity if this information were to be lost one day. So some time ago I started sorting these information, researching and preparing missing data. The result is this booklet."
The reader finds a presentation of the individual manufacturers and their models, information about accessories and technical data. In addition, the book offers a historical summary of the development of jukeboxes as well as general chapters about the media record and sound films, styli, loudspeakers, coin validators, remote selector connections, and more.
