Die schmalen Schildchen zeigen die Preise für Standard- und  EP-Platten. Benötigt wird dafür das sog. Duale Kreditwerk mit der 50C Einheit (Half Dollar).

The narrow inserts show the prices for standard and EP records. Therefore the so called dual credit unit plus 50 Cent unit (Half Dollar) is needed.

Frage: Wie bekommt man die untere Chromblende ab?

Antwort: Die untere Chromblende ist von der Gehäuseunterseite aus mit, ich glaube, drei Schrauben befestigt. Um diese Schrauben herausdrehen zu können, muss man das Gehäuse auf den Rücken legen.
In der Chromblende befindet sich ein rechteckiges Brett, welches durch den Gehäuseboden hindurch festgeschraubt ist.
Meiner Erfahrung nach genügt es aber nicht, nur die drei Schrauben herauszudrehen, denn das innen liegende Brett ist auch noch ( nicht vollflächig, nur an ein paar einzelnen Punkten ) mit dem unteren Gehäusebrett verklebt.

Wenn die drei Schrauben auf der Gehäuseunterseite entfernt sind, kann man auf der Gehäuseunterseite den Rand der Chromblende etwas anheben und dann am Chromblendenrand, rechts und links an der Box mit einem langen, schlanken Schraubendreher zwischen das untere Gehäusebrett und das oben erwähnte, innen liegende Brett fahren und vorsichtig auf das Ende des Schraubendrehers klopfen.
Damit kann man die Verklebung lösen und die Chromblende kann nach vorne abgenommen werden.

Question: How can the lower chrome plated panel be removed?

Answer: The lower chrome trim is fixed underneath at the bottom of the cabinet with most likely three screws. To be able to unscrew these screws, the jukebox has to be laid on its back. 
Inside the chrome panel there is a rectangular board that is screwed through the bottom of the cabinet.
In my experience, however, it is not enough to unscrew only the three screws, because the inner board is also glued to the lower cabinet board (not completely, only at a few individual points).

Once the three screws on the underside of the cabinet have been removed, the rim of the chrome trim can slightly be lifted on the underside of the cabinet.  And then, at the rim of the chrome panel, also on the right and left sides of the jukebox, run with a slim screwdriver between the lower cabinet board and the above mentioned board on the inside and tap carefully the end of the screwdriver.
This will loosen the glue and the chrome panel can be removed towards the front.
