Aztec-Sun-Motif Picture and Information courtesy of Jeff Black When you bought a Rock-Ola Ultra 437 or Centura 436 new from a distributor, this motif was printed onto a stiff piece of cardboard approximately 7 inches square and placed in the record cover display window to the right of the cityscape. I guess owners/operators would then remove the motif and replace it with a record cover when they loaded up the jukebox with records.
