Farbangaben ohne Gewähr
| Farbbeispiele werden u.U. nicht farbgetreu

Die Regis ist
eierschalenfarbig bis weiß (nicht richtig schneeweiß) mit
(metallic)blauer Farbe in den Holzporen.
Wenn man diese Farbe abschleift kommt ein sehr helles, weiches Holz
zum Vorschein. Dies ist aber nur eine dünne Deckschicht. Darunter
befindet sich die Holzplatte (etwas dunkler, aber immer noch sehr
hellbraun), aus der das Musikboxgehäuse zusammengebaut ist.
Aufarbeitung dieser Holzmaserung
Ich habe bei meiner Regis
(leider war eine Komplettlackierung nötig) alle diese Teile, wie beschrieben in der gleichen Farbe lackiert bzw. die großen Teile von
professioneller Hand lackieren lassen.
Wenn hier die Farben exakt stimmen und nicht x-verschiedene Blautöne
vorhanden sind, sieht die Regis, trotz ihrer Schlichtheit, superschön
aus, richtig "cool", wie man vielleicht in Neuhochdeutsch sagen würde.
Zu den Punkten in den
Vertiefungen der Türaußenflächen: diese tief liegenden Punkte waren
metallicblau eloxiert, die hoch liegende glatte Fläche silber. Die
Punkte waren im Original nicht lackiert, sondern das Alublech war
eloxiert. Sollten diese Punkte wirklich "schlecht" sein, sollte man hier
ebenfalls die "dunkelbaue" Metallicfarbe verwenden. Das Grillgitter ist
blau eloxiert.

The Regis
is eggshell-coloured to white (not really snow-white) with (metallic)
blue colour in the wood pores.
When this colour is sanded off, a very light, soft wood appears. However,
this is only a thin top layer. Underneath there is the wooden board (slightly
darker, but still very light brown) from which the cabinet is assembled.
Refurbishing this wood grain
On my Regis (unfortunately a complete paint job was necessary) all these
parts, as described, painted in the same colour or had the large parts
painted by a professional painter.
If the colours here are exactly right and not many different shades of
blue are present, the Regis, despite its simplicity, looks super really
"cool", as you might say.
About the dots in the the recesses of the outer door surfaces: These
deep-set dots were anodized in metallic blue, the smooth surface on the
high side in silver. The dots were not painted in the original, but the
aluminum sheet was anodized. If these dots are really "bad", you should
also use the "dark" metallic colour here as well. The grille is anodized
blue.

Farbtöne verändern sich im Laufe der Jahre, und ehemals gleiche
Farben "vergilben" verschieden. Je nach
Untergrund wirkt der gleiche Farbton z.B. auf Plastikteilen andersfarbig als
auf Metall. Somit sind vorgefundene alte Farbtöne nur bedingt als
Referenz geeignet.

kommen dem Originalfarbton nahe. In der Regel empfiehlt es sich, anhand
eines gut erhaltenen Originalmusters den Farbton gezielt bei einem
Lackierer oder Farbenfachgeschäft mischen zu lassen. So kann der Farbton
an die übrigen Farben der Jukebox angepasst werden, ohne dass es "zu
neu" aussieht.
Gut erhaltene Farbtöne finden sich i.d.R. unter Leisten, Abdeckungen,
Profile usw., also dort, wo Licht und Nikotin nicht hinkommen. |
Colours
change within the years and those who were the same back then yellowish
differently today. Depending on the surface the colour on a plastic part
might appear different than on an metal part though it's the same colour.
Hence old roiginal colours found can only be used partially for
reference.
The following given colour codes are without guarantee. They are
references, made by experience by user of our forum and match the
original one close. Usually it is recommended to get the right colour
mixed at a professional painter shop by the help of a well kept original
pattern. This helps to match the colour to the other ones used in the
jukebox without appearing "too new".
Well kept original colours can often be found underneath trims, covers,
profiles, etc. - means where hardly any light and nicotine could reach. |
