Our prices are given in EUR (€) and include sales tax for EU members. Otherwise tax will be deducted.

A prepayment needs to be done for new and customers from foreign countries.
After receiving your order the availability of all items will be checked and the shipment prepared. Afterwards we will let you know the total incl. shipping costs. Please allow some time for doing so. Thank you.
D, EU, Switzerland: The prepayment gets made by a bank transfer to our German or Swiss bank account.
Non-EU: The prepayment can be made by a bank transfer (SEPA, Wise, or a comparable bank wiring service, or applicable by PayPal (5% fee). |

You will wire the amount.
Already well known customers may pay within 14 days after getting the goods. Therefore we will send you our international bank details with the invoice.
Please take care of additional bank fees. Making a SEPA wiring with IBAN and BIC, usually no or low fees are involved only. For Swiss customers a Swiss account is available.

Time of delivery
The given estimated time of delivery (business days) refers to deliveries within Germany after placing the order resp. receiving the payment - starting the follwing working day. Time of delivery to foreign countries varies and depends on local postal and parcel services, and if custom declaration is needed (Non-EU-Countries).
Shipping information
We ship by regular postal service (consignment of goods) or DHL (packages) - or as Express if desired. To keep shipping costs as low as possible we calculate them individually. We ship as an airmail letter or as a package.
These shipping costs include VAT:
- within EU and Norway
- to UK below EUR 160.00 net (GBP 135).
These shipping costs exclude VAT:
- to EU and Norwegian businesses with valid VAT-ID
- to UK businesses with valid VAT-ID or a higher value than EUR 160.00 net (GBP 135)
- to countries outside EU.

Note for shipments to USA:Â
Until further notice no low cost "consignment of goods" deliveries are possible to USA.
Due to the customs directive "Executive Order Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries", all needs to be send as packages and import tariffs are required on all shipments.
Regular shipments: Those get delivered PDDP = Postal Delivery Duty Paid. Means, shipments getting delivered by USPS import tariffs and a handling fee will be charged by us in advance and returned via DHL/USPS to US government.Â
Shipping with an Express Service: Import tariffs plus a handling fee will be charged by Express forwarders like DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, etc. from you before delivering the package.Â
Prices for express shipping vary by location, weight, size of box and / or so called volume weight. Prices for regular shipments are listed below.
Information by DHL: Packages to some countries outside Europe require a transportation surcharge by DHL. Those can change from time to time and hence are listed separately below.

Express

The costs for express shipping depend on weight and size of the parcel as well as the final destination. The price gets charged by DHL resp. UPS either by real weight or by volumetric weight.
DHL explains: "The price of your shipment does not necessarily depend on its actual weight, but on the amount of space its pieces require (volumetric weight). It may happen that a shipment with light, but large pieces is more expensive than one with heavy but small pieces. The calculation of your freight cost depends on the higher weight: Is the volumetric weight higher than the real weight, the volumetric weight is used. Is the real weight higher than the volumetric weight, the real weight is used for calculation."
Volumetric weight = L x W x H : 5000
For this reason, binding price quotations are not easy to present and should be requested in advance.
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday until the end of the day.
