The mechanism cover of Rock-Ola Empress models 1496 and 1497 show both left and right an insert for record playing and selection instructions.

Facing the jukebox from the front on left side the "Record Now Playing" resp. "Sie hören jetzt" (German) escutcheon can be found. Thie insert is embossed aluminium and printed in a glossy lilac finish. The shown four ears have to be bend when mounting the insert.
