Weeper Capuchins or also wedge-capped capuchins (Cebus) belong to the so called New-World Monkeys. They live in social groups in forests in South and Middle America.
Often the head shows a remarkable tuft or at least a darker coloured top head. Due to this colour which reminds of the cowl of a capuchin monk they've gotten their name.

Weeper capuchins can get about 40 years old under good cicumstances. But due to increasing destroying of their living environment, they belong to the endangered species. Often they are also found in labs for testing and experiments. But more known they might be as a companion of organ grinders.

Our weeper capuchin "Toto" wishes for itself a lovely home which invites it to become 40 years or even older.
