The mechanism cover of Rock-Ola Regis models 1488 and 1495 show both left and right an insert for record playing and selection instructions.

Facing the jukebox from the front on left side the "Record Now Playing" resp. "Sie hören jetzt" (German) escutcheon can be found. Thie insert is embossed aluminium and printed in a mat black finish. The shown four ears have to be bend when mounting the insert.
