This is how Seeburg promotes Models Q100 and Q160 with new wallbox 3W100 in 1960. The advantages are given as well as the accessories.

Size of folded leaflet: 8.5" x 11" (21.6 cm x 27.9 cm)
Size of unfolded leaflet: 25.5" x 11" (64.6 cm x 27.9 cm)

Condition: Overall good, some yellowish by the age, some usual wear.
The unfolded brochure shows on each of the four corners and on center top and bottom holes of staples. We assume it has been stapled to a wall or so somewhen in the past.
