This service manual is a compilation for OMT CD jukeboxes (OMT CD 1015) by the German Wurlitzer Company with bubble tubes built from 3/1995 - serial number 3503387 and up. They had been equipped with CD player CDM12, selection control computer CDM12 and either amplifier I84, F91 or K99. This service manual is written in English only. Table of content:

UK: The minimum order value (MOV) is EUR 30.00 for shipments to UK.
Orders below £135 net (~ EUR160.00) will incl. UK VAT. No import charges will be required when receiving the goods.
For orders above £135 net (~ EUR160.00) VAT will be deducted with the final invoice. Therefore import sales tax and possible handling fees have to be paid by the UK buyer and are usually collected by the deliverer.
UK customers with VAT-ID: Shipments will always be without VAT (reverse charge).
