Description

The cam on the main cam shaft used in many NSM carriages is made from plastic originally. Within the years the plastic ages, gets brittle and breaks. This causes various faults.

Our reproduction (first photo) is an exact replacement made from brass. It offers a higher stability than plastic. The diameter of 12 mm is for a tight fit on the cam shaft. If needed it can be secured with glue.
Please compare the diameter. We offer cams in 10 and 12.2 mm as well.

The second photo shows a reproduction cam and an original shaft. The last one shows for illustration an original broken cam shaft.

Scope of delivery: One reproduction cam, no shaft.
