The motor capacitor is very important for the smooth and trouble-free running of the turntable motor in Wiegandt Tonmaster models. It is also used for the drive motor of the British Chantal Meteor.
Capacitors with incorrect values can damage the motor.

The original 0.5µF/380VAC capacitor is not available today, neither in its design nor in its values, and therefore cannot be replaced 1:1.

This capacitor is offered as a replacement. With its 400V resp. 450V it is somewhat more voltage-resistant.
