Wallbox 3W1 is the most classic wallbox among wallboxes. It was introduced with model M100A in 1949, painted first, then chrom plated and inbetween a hammertone version was available, too.
No matter which accessory was promoted: They were intended to increase operators, location owners and guests comfort - hence to make a higher income at the end.
